Our mother recently stayed at King Street following a bad fall. The staff was warm and welcoming from the start. The skilled nurses and caring aides took excellent care of our mother and kept us apprised of her progress. With the first-rate PT and OT professionals, she steadily improved her walking and other skills. She also greatly benefitted from the variety of social activities offered. The social director immediately bonded with our mother and made a point of checking in on the rest of the family on each of our visits. The very kind and knowledgeable Director of Resident Services did a wonderful job helping us to prepare for next steps following rehab. The patient rooms, dining rooms and common areas were beautiful and immaculate. We give King Street our highest recommendation!

My mother had a fantastic stay at King Street as she recovered from a fractured hip at the tender age of 97! The staff was warm, caring and compassionate! The administrators are fabulous and were always there to support me and my family! Everyone was always on top of everything related to my mom! The PTs and OTs were great! I would never hesitate to highly recommend this facility!!!!
King Street Rehab:Our mother was a patient at King Street for almost 100 days. During that time, the nurses were competent and responsive; the aides were caring and helpful; the rehab staff was exceptional; and the administrative staff was supportive and knowledgeable. Together, they helped our mother gain the strength and confidence she needed to return home. Our thanks to everyone. Donna and Jane
I have never written a testimonial before but i felt so strongly about my mom's stay that I had to share my experience. When the time came for our family to make a decision on where my mom should receive her physical therapy, we had many options. The one that seemed like the best fit was King Street Rehab in Rye, New York. It's a family owned business that takes pride in everything they do. My mom was coming from a stay at the hospital, where she had a less than desirable roommate, and wanted a private room. I had scheduled for her to have a shared room, but the staff arranged for her to have a single room. Inside the facility, which is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. You are greeted by a wonderful staff that goes over every single detail. Of course as a concerned family member you have anxieties about how your loved ones are being treated. My mom shared with us that the staff was attentive, patient, caring, and supportive. I couldn't be more comfortable in making a recommendation to my family and friends. Thank you King Street. -The Jacksons
Great facility both my parents have had short term rehabilitation here And were well cared for in a beautiful setting with attentive staff. We have used facility three times with pleasure!
First rate service, warm and personal nursing, excellent dining and a generally wholesome and cheerful atmosphere
This place is very proactive regarding the whereabouts and well-being of the patients in this facility. For example patients being the people we love like your and my family members, and potential family members / friends if you are considering a good place for an injured person in need to have a good place to recover from whatever they may be going through! I came in late, near closing time for visitors and apparently my Mom, who had recently fractured her hip, had made her way into her wheelchair and was rolling on around. I came in on this surprise visit and was suddenly concerned when I did not see her in her room, figuring its probably too late for most activities. Came barreling toward the caretaker station where there was not 1, not two, but three people around her attempting to aid her in getting back toward her room. This place has not only great staff, but just such a warm and welcoming atmosphere more like a nice resort than a hospital or rehab facility! I was so relieved, and am just so very impressed at the TRUE level of caring, patience and compassion toward people in their care and need! Highly recommended, thank you! Dave G
You're reading this because one of your loved ones needs care. KS is among the upper echelon of Westchester rehabs and offers a dedicated, well-trained, warm and friendly staff that is as focused on the heart and mind as they are on the body. You can also expect a spotless, sunshine-filled facility, a wide range of activities and a broad menu. One brief anecdote should tell you all you need to know about the level of care, concern and respect that people receive at KS. My father was very homesick initially and, as a former basketball coach, pined for his Knick games. But KS' cable package did not have MSG network. Lindsey the administrator had the package altered to include MSG so my father could enjoy his games. Where else would you get that kind of attention? When the situation presents itself, treat your family member to King Street. Don't you deserve the best? -- Marcy Levy
My mom was at King Street Rehab for 4 weeks. The entire team -- doctors, nurses, aides, p/t, receptionists, food services, maintenance, everyone!! -- was absolutely amazing. The facility itself is extremely lovely and inviting. It is impeccably maintained and a pleasure to visit. Heartfelt thanks to everyone!
They took very patient care of my father who is 91 years old. We were pleased with their communication and attentiveness. It is a great place with a wonderful staff!
